Job Title: Sales Consultant - Royal Enfield Showroom
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Royal Enfield showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of motorcycles (preferably Royal Enfield), and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
? Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right Royal Enfield bike.
- Provide expert advice on models, features, financing, and accessories.
- Conduct test ride coordination and follow-ups.
? Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Explain financing options, insurance, and warranty benefits.
- Upsell accessories and merchandise.
? Showroom Management:
- Ensure bikes are displayed attractively and showroom is well-maintained.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and test ride camps.
? After-Sales Support:
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Coordinate with service teams for smooth handover and post-purchase support.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years in automotive sales (preferred) or retail sales or freshers are also welcome.
- Knowledge: Passion for motorcycles, especially Royal Enfield.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma; degree is a plus.
- License: Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
