We are looking for a well-spoken, customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about luxury retail, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a flair for sales. As a key part of the customer experience, you will assist clients in selecting jewellery, provide product information, and contribute to the store's sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable products.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain deep knowledge of the jewellery collection, materials, and craftsmanship to educate customers and influence purchasing decisions.
Sales Achievement:
Meet or exceed individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
Billing & Documentation:
Handle billing, invoicing, and documentation related to sales transactions accurately.
Inventory Handling:
Ensure products are properly displayed and assist in inventory management, including stock counts and restocking.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Visual Merchandising:
Ensure that the display counters and shelves are clean, organized, and aligned with store guidelines.
Post-Sale Service:
Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before and after the sale.
