Responsible for handling walk-in customers and sales inquiries for outdoor furniture products. Explain product features, materials, finishes, and outdoor durability. Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, follow up, and close sales. Coordinate with operations for order processing and delivery. Maintain customer leads, assist with showroom presentation, and work towards achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, have strong communication skills, decent knowledge of MS Excel, Google Spreadsheet and Powerpoint, and possess a basic knowledge of English. A willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.
