We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Maintain records of sales and customer interactions using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximize sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
