The Sales Executive - TV & AC is responsible for promoting and selling televisions and air conditioners to customers by understanding their needs, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell TV and AC products to walk-in customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable models
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers clearly
Demonstrate products and assist customers in making purchase decisions
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain knowledge of latest models, technologies, and competitors
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and availability of products
Coordinate with the billing, delivery, and installation teams
Maintain sales records and update daily sales reports
Support promotional activities, schemes, and brand campaigns
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good product knowledge of TVs and Air Conditioners
Persuasive selling and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic computer and billing system knowledge
Qualifications:
Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
Experience:
1-3 years in consumer electronics sales (TV/AC preferred)
