Role & Responsibilities



Conduct

site visits

for prospective customers and give detailed project presentations Explain

project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and offers

clearly Handle

customer inquiries

, understand requirements, and recommend suitable options

Negotiate and close sales deals

in line with company targets Coordinate

booking process, agreements, and documentation

with internal teams Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure

conversion of prospects to bookings

Update CRM with lead status, site visit feedback, and sales progress Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Key Skills & Competencies



3-5 years of experience in

real estate sales (residential/commercial)

Experience in handling

walk-in clients, channel partners, and direct sales

Strong

sales, negotiation, and closing skills

Excellent

communication and presentation abilities

Knowledge of

real estate sales cycle and documentation

Ability to handle

site visits and customer meetings independently
