: Sales Executive - Diesel Generator Sales Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executives

to promote and sell diesel generators across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Prior experience in generator or industrial equipment sales is preferred, but candidates from other sales backgrounds with strong technical aptitude are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets (industrial, commercial, residential).

Client Engagement

: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.

Sales Targets

: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for diesel generator units and related services.

Technical Support

: Provide basic product demonstrations, explain specifications, and coordinate with technical teams for detailed solutions.

Proposal & Negotiation

: Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policies.

Market Intelligence

: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Post-Sales Coordination

: Ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales support in collaboration with service teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Engineering, or related field). 1-3 years of experience in sales (experience in diesel generators, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment is an advantage). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel locally/regionally for client meetings and site visits.
