Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Negotiate deals and assist clients through the closing process
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and customer support
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
0-3 years
of experience in real estate sales or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and convincing abilities
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
