Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and marketing campaigns
Educate customers on solar energy systems, benefits, and financing options
Conduct site assessments and energy consultations
Prepare and present customized solar proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Stay up to date with solar industry trends, products, and regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
Basic understanding of solar PV systems (training can be provided)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (if applicable)
