Skills Required:

? Strong communication skills
? Flexible, fast learner with quick grasping ability
? Basic MS Office knowledge
? Basic understanding of sales / operations / business development
? Ability to coordinate across multiple domains Roles & Responsibilities:
? Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers across various industries.
? Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
? Generate, quality and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
? Perform data validation to ensure accuracy of customer information.
? Maintain and update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM/system.
? Coordinate with teams handling recruitment, coaching, IT services, engineering services, and product sales.
? Follow up with customers for conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
? Provide clear and accurate information to customers about products and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
