Job Title: Sales Executive - Interior Design



Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to grow our client base in the

interior design, residential, and commercial sectors

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Generate new leads and identify potential clients in residential and commercial interior design. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions for interior products, furniture, and services. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.

Customer Service & Client Management



Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide expert advice on products, trends, and design solutions. Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Sales Targets & Reporting



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Track sales activities and report performance to management. Maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM software. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Collaboration



Coordinate with interior designers and project managers to meet client expectations. Work with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery and installation. Support design consultations and project coordination for large projects.

Marketing Support



Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. Assist in developing marketing materials and sales promotions.

Qualifications & Skills



Proven sales experience (interior design industry preferred). Good knowledge of interior design products, furniture, and design processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships. Target-driven and performance-oriented. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
