Job Summary
Simfy Homes is a commercial and residential turnkey construction company. We are looking for a confident and dynamic female Sales Executive to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and manage customer relationships for interior and turnkey construction projects. The role involves client interaction, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth sales-to-execution handover.

Key Responsibilities
? Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial interior projects
? Understand client requirements, and present suitable solutions
? Prepare quotations, explain proposals, and close deals
? Maintain regular communication with clients and management to ensure client satisfaction
? Update sales records, follow-ups, and reports Requirements

? Experience: 0-5 years in sales (interiors, construction, real estate preferred)

? Education: Graduate (any discipline)

? Languages: English, Telugu, and Hindi

? Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
? Presentable, confident, and customer-focused Skills & Traits
? Persuasive and goal-oriented
? Good listening and understanding skills
? Organized and proactive
? Positive attitude and willingness to learn
? Ability to work independently and with teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
