Lock N Escape is an Escape Room Company with 6 live physical escape rooms located in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (www.locknescape.com).

Escape Room is a concept where a group of players gets locked in a themed room (horror, sci-fiction, treasure hunt, etc.) and have to work together to solve challenges, puzzles and riddles and try to escape the room in 60 mins.

Lock N Escape is the first company in India to offer 80 mins escape rooms and it is the top rated escape room company in Hyderabad.

We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our team. The sales executive's responsibilities include speaking to corporate leads, normal physical escape room leads and birthday parties and events leads and explaining them the packages clearly and the offers and converting them efficiently and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating and converting leads. Be able to speak professionally with corporates and high end clients and building a positive relationship with them and drive the enquiries to conversions efficiently. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings.
Sales Executive Requirements:

High school diploma/GED. 1+ years of sales experience. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong ability to persuade enquiries and friendly by nature. Strong verbal and written communicator in English. Excellent phone and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. Has the strong ability to convert enquiries and is hard working.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
