Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Build and maintain a robust sales database of prospects and clients.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, emails, and referrals.

Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase products/services.

Negotiate deals, overcome objections, and successfully close sales.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.

Strong skills in database building, lead generation, and networking.

Proven ability in cold calling and client engagement.

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Telugu and Kannada is an added advantage.

Smart, professional appearance with confidence in client-facing roles.

Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals effectively.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,302.42 per month
