Understanding the customer's requirements and pitching right solution and making rapid cost Calculation and providing customers with quotation.
Negotiating the terms of agreement and assisting sales team in closing Sales deals.
?Active searches for tenders in tender sites and prepare and submit tender documents in time. Ensuring coordination with Works/ Factory for timely delivery of the products to the customer.
Follow up and collection of due payments. Acting as a contact between a company and customer.
Customer Feedback Analysis.
Data Collection on Competitor's Products. Feedback to designers on New Product Development and improvements in supplied equipment's.
