Role Overview



We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager with prior experience in the real estate industry. The role involves managing customer inquiries, conducting project briefings, handling site visits, and driving conversions. The position requires someone who is confident, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities



? Manage incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups

? Present project details clearly and handle customer queries end-to-end

? Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective buyers

? Maintain consistent communication with clients to support decision-making

? Track sales progress and share regular updates with the management

? Maintain accurate documentation and CRM entries

? Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements

Real estate sales experience is mandatory (minimum 1 year)



? Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills

? Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines

? Familiarity with the Hyderabad real estate market will be an advantage

? Basic MS Office and CRM usage skills

? Professional approach, disciplined work ethic, and strong follow-up capability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,151.12 - ₹34,174.16 per month
