The role involves managing customer inquiries, conducting project briefings, handling site visits, and driving conversions. The position requires someone who is confident, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups
? Present project details clearly and handle customer queries end-to-end
? Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective buyers
? Maintain consistent communication with clients to support decision-making
? Track sales progress and share regular updates with the management
? Maintain accurate documentation and CRM entries
? Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
?
Real estate sales experience is mandatory (minimum 1 year)
? Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
? Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines
? Familiarity with the Hyderabad real estate market will be an advantage
? Basic MS Office and CRM usage skills
? Professional approach, disciplined work ethic, and strong follow-up capability
