Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
field visits
to meet clients, understand requirements, and present product solutions.
Promote and sell mechanical equipment, spare parts, or industrial services.
Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Coordinate with technical and production teams for order processing.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records, reports, and sales documentation.
Eligibility & Skills:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
or
MBA in Marketing
(preferred).
Strong technical understanding of mechanical products.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and perform regular field visits.
Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
