ARB Ventures is hiring a Sales Executive with strong sales experience and knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market. The role involves handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and field activities.
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients.
Conduct regular site visits
and accompany clients in the field.
Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily activity reports.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year experience
in real estate sales or direct sales.
Strong knowledge of the
Hyderabad real estate market
.
Must be open to work on field
(field sales is mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
Salary:
As per company standards + attractive incentives.
