Identify and generate new business opportunities for Ceramic Pro products.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, detailing studios, and individual clients.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
Requirements
:
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in sales (automotbiles/paint protection/ceramic coating industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
