Responsibilities
Explain the features and benefits of our mobile application to potential and existing clients.
Conduct product demos and walkthroughs (in person or online).
Install and set up the app for clients when required.
Train clients on how to use the app effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term usage.
Collect client feedback and share insights with the development team.
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and onboarding goals.
Prepare and maintain reports of visits, demos, and installations.
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical features in simple, understandable language.
Basic mobile app installation and troubleshooting knowledge.
Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good time management and follow-up skills.
Eligibility
Any graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
0-2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, customer support, or app onboarding preferred.
Must have a smartphone and the ability to travel locally.
