Role Overview:

As a Junior Sales Executive, you'll support the sales team in identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects, help prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

This is a learning-heavy, high-impact role for someone eager to understand industrial sales, sustainability solutions, and B2B client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify new leads through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.

Support the senior sales team in converting leads to customers.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with logistics, operations, and accounts teams for order execution.

Maintain up-to-date client data and pipeline information in CRM/excel.

Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and sales reports.

Conduct basic market research on customers, competitors, and industry trends.

Track sales targets and report weekly performance updates.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).

Confident and persuasive personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

Willingness to travel for client visits and plant tours when required.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the sustainability and industrial fuel domain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
