4 - 6+ years of experience in Apartment Sales/ Villa Sales, preferably in Hyderabad or surrounding locations.
Marketing experience is an added advantage.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
Update and manage social media profiles.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
