The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a premium shopping experience for customers in the jewellery showroom. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, ensuring proper display of jewellery items, and handling billing and after-sales service professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Handling:
Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
Present products (gold, diamond, silver, platinum, gemstones, etc.) attractively and convincingly.
Explain product details such as purity, weight, design, making charges, and warranty policies.
Build trust and rapport with customers to ensure repeat business.
Sales & Targets:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Keep track of customer preferences and suggest suitable products.
Showroom Maintenance:
Ensure jewellery display counters are clean, organized, and secure.
Report stock shortages or damages to the manager.
Follow showroom security and handling procedures.
Billing & Documentation:
Generate bills accurately through POS systems.
Handle cash, card, or digital payments securely.
Maintain customer records and assist in loyalty program registrations.
After-Sales Service:
Assist customers with exchange, repair, and customization requests.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when needed.
Team Coordination:
Work closely with other sales executives, inventory staff, and the store manager.
Participate in sales meetings, product training, and promotional events.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years in retail or jewellery sales

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
