This role involves extensive field visits, client meetings, and market research to expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular on-field visits to prospective and existing clients to promote company products/services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to management.
Negotiate contracts, handle customer objections, and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (mandatory).
Experience:
1-3 years of on-field sales experience preferred (fresh MBA graduates may also apply).
