We are looking for a

Sales Calling Executive

to join our real estate team someone who can confidently connect with potential buyers, follow up on leads and create a positive first impression for the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite and engaging personality and the ability to build trust with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads generated through various online and offline sources. Professionally greet and engage with customers, understand their property requirements and provide relevant information. Maintain and update lead records in CRM or Excel sheets. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and client meetings. Regularly follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into visits or sales. Ensure prompt and courteous communication with clients at all times. Share daily/weekly call reports and lead status updates with management.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline. 1-4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred). Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Pleasant tone, confident speaking ability and professional telephone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools). Self-motivated and target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
