: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate (PropTech Platform)

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

dynamic Sales Executives

who are passionate about the

real estate market

and have

hands-on experience with digital property platforms

.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers/sellers

Schedule property site visits and give clients a complete walk-through

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties

Coordinate with builders, property owners, and internal teams

Close sales deals and maintain healthy client relationships

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal statuses

Required Experience & Skills:

1 to 4 years of experience in

real estate or PropTech

sales

Preferred background from platforms like:

NoBroker, 99acres, MagicBricks, 99Bricks, Housing.com, or other PropTech platforms

Strong understanding of the

local real estate market

(Hyderabad)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (added advantage)

Target-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality

Ability to use CRM tools and digital platforms for sales tracking

Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)

Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills

Should be comfortable with field sales and site visits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,363.27 per month
