Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced On-Site Sales Executive to drive sales directly from our brick manufacturing site. The candidate will manage client interactions, generate sales leads, negotiate deals, and ensure timely supply coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers, including contractors, builders, and dealers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct site visits and product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing and payment terms while maintaining profitability.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
Stay updated on competitor products, prices, and market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education (preferred in Marketing, Business, or related fields).
3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound knowledge of the local construction materials market.
Ability to work independently and handle on-site operations.
Must possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
Salary
Competitive base salary with attractive performance-based incentives.
