Roles & Responsibilities:



Collect and maintain data of active job seekers from various job portals and social media platforms.

Make 100+ candidate calls per day to promote Jobmela's job opportunities and guide them through the application process.

Explain Jobmela's one-time ?99 subscription plan, its benefits, and assist candidates in completing the payment.

Maintain accurate records of daily calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:



Pursuing or recently completed

Bachelor's/Master's

, Business Administration, or Sales related field. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of

MS Office

or

Google Workspace and Excel.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
