What you'll do
Generate leads and follow up on potential clients interested in our properties.
Meet and interact with clients on site and assist them through the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's growth.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits and sales outcomes.
Work in close coordination with marketing, site teams and senior sales staff.
What we're looking for
Recent graduate or fresher interested in a sales career -- real estate experience is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confidence meeting and talking with people.
A go-getter attitude, willingness to learn and demonstrate results.
Willingness to travel locally (within Hyderabad/around projects) -- petrol allowance will be provided.
Basic familiarity with mobile apps/CRM or willingness to learn.
