Should be flexible and smart working
No work from home option is available.
Responsibilities :
Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage campaigns, events, and digital channels for lead generation.
Engage with prospective customers to understand their energy needs, educate them about solar solutions, and present tailored proposals.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits to showcase the benefits and features of solar energy systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to penetrate target markets, segments, and regions effectively.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance against targets and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solar projects.
