We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Representative
to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable products or solutions.
Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing timely support and follow-up.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
