Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-store customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewellery, and achieving sales targets through personalized product recommendations and relationship building. This role offers a dynamic retail environment with excellent growth prospects and one of the industry's best incentive structures. Key Responsibilities: o Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm. o Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery designs. o Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. o Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store presentation. o Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales customer assistance. o Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current trends. Requirements: o Qualification: Graduate / Plus Two / Diploma. o Age: Below 25 years. o Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (Male & Female). o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Smart personality with a customer-oriented approach. o Candidates residing within a 25 km radius of Punjagutta showroom will be given preference.
