Hiring for RETAIL STORE EXECUTIVE in LOT MOBILES PVT LTD

Experience: Fresher / Experience in Sales.

Qualification: SSC and Above.

Job Timings : 10:00 Morning to 10:00 Night

Roles and responsibilities

Greeting and Welcoming customers. Keep smiling.

Understand customer needs to recommend, advice leading to sales of Mobile handset & accessories.

Deal with queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Learn billing & payment processes.

Keep store neat and hygiene at all times including stock display as per set guidelines.

Follow store rules and process.



Meet sales targets.

Customer satisfaction and retention.

Product explanation and detailing.

Explaining other products available to generate leads.

Helping Co-executives in need for closing sales and selling processes.

Reporting to the Store manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in retail, customer service or Sales Experience are preferred.

Team Player, Positive attitude with good communication skills.

Ability to learn fast.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,074.00 - ₹18,112.78 per month
