Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Understand and anticipate client needs to provide tailored fragrance solutions
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits
Analyze sales data and market trends to adapt strategies and meet targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
