To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through field sales, client visits, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and present appropriate product/service offerings.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of sales experience (Real Estate / Building Materials / Interiors / Construction industry experience will be an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM software.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
