As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales for our residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, site visits, and digital campaigns.
Engage with potential customers to understand their property requirements and offer suitable project solutions.
Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase property features, amenities, and pricing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Maintain a strong follow-up with clients and build long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and events.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and transactions in CRM systems.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Coordinate with the legal and documentation team for agreement closures and registrations.
Provide post-sales customer support including payment follow-ups and handover assistance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of initiative, confidence, and self-motivation.
Willingness to travel and conduct field/site visits.
