We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven

Sales Executive

with 2-3 years of proven experience in sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Understand client needs and provide suitable product/service solutions. Conduct market research to analyze competitors and industry trends. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
