The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive who's passionate about building B2B relationships, growing client networks, and making an impact in the cold chain space.
You'll be at the forefront of expanding Sub Zero's footprint in South India, helping clients access world-class refrigerated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and connect with businesses in pharma, food, agriculture, and logistics sectors.
Product Promotion:
Pitch and demonstrate Sub Zero's reefer boxes and insulation technology.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, lasting connections with new and existing customers.
Deal Closure:
Lead negotiations and finalize deals aligned with client needs.
On-Ground Execution:
Conduct site visits, arrange demos, and support clients throughout the sales journey.
Additional Responsibilities:
Market research & territory mapping
Sales presentations & quote preparation
Customer need analysis
Networking at industry events & expos
Factory visit coordination for prospective clients
Travel Expectations:
Regular travel across Hyderabad and Telangana South India to grow regional presence and build market trust.
Must-Have:
2-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Experience in cold chain / logistics / commercial vehicles
Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
Comfortable with field travel & client interactions
Good to Have:
Experience in selling refrigerated vehicles, reefer containers, or cold storage
Degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing
Working knowledge of CRM tools and regional market dynamics
