Manage and convert qualified leads into site visits and successful closures
Coordinate with clients for property visits and project briefings
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business
Maintain regular follow-ups and client updates through calls and CRM systems
Understand project details, pricing, payment plans, and competition
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns for lead generation
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Familiarity with real estate CRM tools is a plus
