Purpose of the Role



The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving housing and mortgage loan sales by acquiring new customers, nurturing relationships, and guiding them through the loan process. This role is pivotal in expanding Simplify' s reach and impact in the home loan segment by delivering value-driven financial solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate leads for housing and mortgage loans through various channels. Educate potential customers on Simplify' s loan products, eligibility criteria, and process. Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products. Assist customers in documentation, application submission, and loan processing. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and referral partners. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and support. Stay updated on market trends, competition, and changes in housing finance regulations. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversions in the CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. MBA or PGDM (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:



1-3 years of sales experience in Housing Loan / Mortgage / Financial Services / Banking industry. Freshers with strong communication and passion for field sales can also be considered.

Industry Experience

:

Preferably from NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, Real Estate, or Banking sector.

Computer Skills:



Basic MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools and digital loan origination systems is a plus.

Soft Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving approach. High energy, self-motivated, and results driven. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Must-Have Skills:



Knowledge of home loan/mortgage loan products and documentation. Local market knowledge and willingness to travel for field sales.

Nice-to-Have Skills

:

Existing network with builders, agents, and DSA channels. Fluency in regional languages alongside English and Hindi.
