Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify business opportunities in road safety infrastructure projects.
Meet and interact with contractors, consultants, government officials, and procurement departments.
Explain product specifications such as road studs, sign boards, median markers, crash barriers, etc.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions based on site conditions and project needs.
Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and execution of orders.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain database of prospects and update daily activity reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA/Engineering/Marketing).
Proven sales experience in infrastructure or B2B sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively across project sites.
