Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with product selection. Understand client preferences and recommend suitable carpets and rugs. Explain product features, pricing, and post-sale support. Maintain showroom display .

Create new sales leads by visiting interior designers, architects, and potential clients outside the showroom.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients. Prepare client quotations and maintain accurate sales records. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with home decor trends and product knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

B.Sc. in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Interior Design, or any related discipline.

Experience:

Freshers welcome or retail experience is a plus. Good communication skills in English Hindi & Telugu Strong sense of color, texture, and style. Energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed. Willing to learn and grow in a retail/home decor environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
