Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into clients
Conduct site visits and client meetings, understanding project requirements
Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure seamless project handover
Identify new business opportunities and work on market expansion
Requirements:
3-6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
Result-driven with a focus on targets and revenue generation
