Job Summary:



The

Sales Executive

at Damro Furniture is responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting Damro's furniture range. The role involves understanding customer needs, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Revenue Generation:

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for furniture products (sofas, beds, dining sets, etc.). Actively approach walk-in customers, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales. Upsell/cross-sell products and promote promotional campaigns.

Customer Service:

Provide expert advice on product features, materials, and pricing. Assist customers in selecting furniture based on their needs and preferences. Handle complaints professionally and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

Store Operations:

Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are well-presented. Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately. Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for timely deliveries.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor competitor products, pricing, and customer trends. Share feedback with management to improve offerings.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain sales records and update CRM systems. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience:

1+ years in retail sales (furniture/home decor preferred).

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer-centric approach with persuasive abilities. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Knowledge of furniture materials (wood, upholstery) is a plus.

Attributes:

Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable.

Showroom-based with occasional outdoor customer visits.
