V2 Fitness Zone is a premium fitness center in Hyderabad known for its high-end equipment, expert trainers, and a personalized approach to fitness. We are currently seeking a Sales Executive (preferably from Hospitality Industry) to drive membership sales and enhance client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in clients and confidently explain membership plans, services, and promotions
Follow up with prospects and package expiry members via WhatsApp and phone calls using pre-defined templates
Track and maintain accurate records of all prospects from walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
Share ongoing offers and promotions with prospects and clients in a timely manner
Convert leads into memberships through effective communication and relationship-building
Maintain a daily log of sales activity, follow-ups, and closures
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales or customer service (experience in the hospitality or fitness industry is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM/data entry)
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive
Ability to work independently and handle multiple inquiries professionally
