JOB DESCRIPTION



Role:

Fresher Field Sales Executive - IT Infrastructure - Sales and Solutions - Hardware and software (This job requires travelling)

Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Initial Outreach:

Identifying potential leads within the assigned territory through research (online, industry directories, etc.). Making initial contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and networking to introduce the company and its IT solutions. Scheduling introductory meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales team members.

Foundational Sales Support:

Assisting senior sales executives in preparing presentations, proposals, and quotations. Gathering preliminary information about customer needs and requirements. Following up on leads as directed by senior team members.

Territory Familiarization & Basic Management:

Learning and understanding the assigned geographical territory and key accounts within it. Maintaining a basic CRM database with updates on lead status and activities. Planning and organizing daily/weekly travel within the territory for meetings and lead generation.

Learning Product Knowledge:

Actively participating in product training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of the company's IT solutions (e.g., software, hardware, services). Learning to articulate the basic features and benefits of the IT offerings.

Introductory Relationship Building:

Building rapport with junior-level contacts at potential client organizations. Assisting in maintaining positive relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and support, as directed.

Basic Reporting & Forecasting Assistance:

Providing basic activity reports (e.g., number of calls made, meetings scheduled). Learning the process of sales forecasting by observing senior team members.

Compliance & Training:

Completing all mandatory company training programs on products, sales processes, and compliance. Adhering to all company policies and ethical sales practices.

Market Awareness (Entry-Level):

Starting to learn about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs within the IT sector through provided resources and observation.

Internal Collaboration:

Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., technical support, marketing) under the guidance of senior team members to facilitate customer interactions.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
