We're looking for sharp and driven

Sales Executives

to sell our

Business Coaching & Training Programs

as well as

Real Estate Projects

. You will engage with high-quality leads generated through online/offline workshops, demo sessions, and real estate campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:



Follow-Up & Conversion:

Call and nurture leads from business workshops, webinars, and real estate inquiries.

Sales Execution:

Conduct 1-on-1 calls or meetings to close deals on coaching programs and real estate products.

Consultative Selling:

Understand customer needs--whether it's for business growth or property investment--and offer suitable solutions.

CRM Management:

Update lead status, maintain sales pipelines, and track performance.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.

Cross-Selling:

Identify opportunities to sell both training programs and real estate offerings.

Who Should Apply:



1-3 years of experience in

sales (tele-sales, real estate, or education sales)

. Strong communication and

objection-handling

skills. Confidence to talk to

entrepreneurs, working professionals, and investors

. Experience in selling

online courses, training services

, or

real estate

is a BIG plus. Goal-oriented with a passion for
