Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, digital campaigns, and other sources.
Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable apartment options.
Maintain a strong follow-up system for interested leads.
Build long-term client relationships through trust and performance.
Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales service.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
12th+ Pass or above
0-3 years of experience in sales;
real estate/apartment sales preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in local languages and English is a plus.
Ability to work on weekends and holidays (If required).
