The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, and expanding the reach of Astro 360's products and services. This role involves direct sales, relationship management, and business development to increase revenue and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Astro 360's products and services.
? Identify and reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media.
? Convert leads into sales by explaining product benefits and handling objections.
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. ? Work closely with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with promotions.
? Provide product demonstrations and consultations to customers.
? Track and report sales performance, including revenue targets and customer feedback.
? Assist in setting up affiliate and referral sales programs.
? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by following up on orders and queries.
Requirements:
? Experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
? Strong communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to understand and explain astrology-related products and services.
? Knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies is a plus.
? Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets.
