We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience, preferably within the education sector. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English with strong communication and persuasion skills to effectively promote our educational services to potential students and parents.
location : Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell educational courses offered by the institution.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Conduct follow-ups with potential leads via phone, email, or in person.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales pipelines.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Participate in education fairs, webinars, and other promotional activities.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the student journey.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
